Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to reserve the room.
$20 plus $2.97 tax for cancellations made anytime after booking up to 48 hours or 2 days prior to arrival date..
No refund for equivalent of 1 night stay within 48 hours of scheduled arrival..
Applicable taxes not included.

* New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day and other Holiday Cancellation Policy:  Payment is due in full at the time of booking.  If you need to cancel prior to 48 hours before the date of arrival and we can sell the room again, there will be a 50% refund.  If the room sits vacant, unfortunately there can be no refund.  Sorry about this.   Due to a few bad apples making reservations and not bothering to show up on New Year's Eve we've had to take a very hard stand on our cancellation policy.
